UK Return Policy 

1. Return Period: All items purchased from The Roofers Granddaughter in the UK can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

2. Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in the original condition they were received, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation. Items should be unused and in a sellable condition.

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The Roofers Granddaughter does not offer pre-paid return shipping labels. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method and keep a copy of the return tracking number.

4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact our Customer Service at Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item and sending the exchanged item.
