International Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for our international customers.
While we do not accept returns on orders shipped outside the UK, we want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer an exchange option on eligible items.
How It Works
To request an exchange, please email us at keeley@theroofersgranddaughter.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Please note that items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us. We are not able to accept responsibility for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Important Customs Information
To help avoid unnecessary customs charges on the return, please:
- Remove the original customs documents from the package
- Complete and attach new customs forms, clearly stating the reason for shipment as "Return of Goods"
Failure to do this may result in customs duties or delays, which may prevent us from accepting your parcel.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll contact you to confirm the exchange and ship your new item.
Duties, Taxes & Refunds
Please note that any duties or taxes paid at the time of your original delivery are non-refundable by us. If you wish to seek a refund on these charges, you will need to contact your local customs authority directly.
